Appraiser Qualifications:

Phillip W. James is an experienced real estate appraiser, conducting residential and commercial appraisals throughout Oklahoma.  He has also is an experienced machinery and equipment appraiser conducting machinery and equipment valuations nation wide. Mr. James has 20 years and over 30,000 hours of combined , commercial, and residential and machinery appraisal experience.

The  Appraisals that Mr. James delivers are USPAP compliant.  He combines time honored and proven appraisal methodologies and approaches to value, up-to-date techniques of analysis, a database of comparative data, a network of knowledgeable associates and personal experience to provide clients with an accurate professional analysis.  The appraisal is accurate, irrefutable, defensible, and descriptive, providing a Certified Appraisal Report that includes photographs, and other descriptive information that will withstand scrutiny.

Every assignment of value is based on extensive research, personal inspection, and contact with manufacturers and suppliers. Mr. James insures a qualified appraisal because he is compliant with the regulations and ethics rules of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). 

In addition; Mr. James is an adjunct professor at Tulsa Tech, conducting appraisal education classes for qualification and continuing education requirements.
